  1. Best way to keep pests out of your car?

You can check out this link on how they are installed on cars. They are made with polyethylene and use velcro tapes for attachment points on different pieces. They only cost around $150 here but I’m not sure if they are willing to ship overseas. https://www.carsbrella.com/āļāļĢāļāļšāļžāļĨāļēāļŠāļ•āļīāļ-pe-āļ›āđ‰āļāļ‡āļāļąāļ™āļŦāļ™āļđ/
  2. Best way to keep pests out of your car?

This plastic wrap works well in tropical Asia (massive rodents infestation and people parking outdoors). Maybe you guys can use this idea.
  3. Are OEM MPSS tires more prone to nail punctures?

The tires only got 4K miles on them, mostly highway miles.
  4. Are OEM MPSS tires more prone to nail punctures?

We don’t have such thing over here. So the tires are expensive and we have to pay out of our pockets man.
  5. Are OEM MPSS tires more prone to nail punctures?

I’ve had two punctures in my oem tires this year alone (both in rear tires). So I was wondering if it had anything to do with these MPSS tires tendency to picking up nails or just pure bad luck. I remembered reading reviews on these tires with a few complaints about this type of issue. I’ve been...
  6. Change in steering feel and feedback when running wider aftermarket wheels.

I do feel a slight improvement in steering feedback maybe because the tires sidewalls are stiffer. The wider front track also helped with the turn-in but it also changed the front to rear balance. I think the rearend is less predictable than with stock setup.
  7. Rear end thud at 4K miles

I have recorded the videos for the noise. This only happens at stop and go traffic speed mostly when throttle is applied. Giving a little gas once the car is above 5mph didn’t produce this thud. It is definitely coming from the rear of the car and not from the interior trunk area.
  8. Rear end thud at 4K miles

Recently I’ve been noticing faint thuds from the rear of my 2020 when creeping at parking lot speed. It happened every time when I gently touched the throttle and occasionally when I pressed the brake pedal. The sound is almost like when someone jabs the throttle pedal on a NA car with intake...
  9. Anyone Has Experience Tuning with Stock Downpipe?

I’m not really concern with the warranty, but I’d love to leave exhaust system stock for noise level. However if a catted DP can give the car significant power gain then I am willing to change it out.
  10. Paint match touchup?

I used a kit from Dr. Colorchip and the result was pretty decent.
  11. Anyone Has Experience Tuning with Stock Downpipe?

95 RON is the best available fuel here unless we go for E20 or E85 which don’t have consistent octane ratings.
  12. AMS CF engine cover question

    Thank you for your response!
  13. AMS CF engine cover question

Thank you for your response and nice looking engine bay there! One more thing that I would like to ask. Did you have to cut the padding/insulation from the oem engine cover or was it just easily removable/transferable between the covers?
  14. AMS CF engine cover question

I’m about to replace my oem engine cover with the AMS dry carbon one. For those who do have them. Are they holding up fine? I live in a hot climate with 90-100F all year long. Do these dry CF materials turn yellow with the heat inside our engine bays? Also how’s the fitment and are there any...
  15. Anyone Has Experience Tuning with Stock Downpipe?

I’m also thinking about doing just a tune with stock DP here in Thailand. Although our emission regulations probably permit all types of mods but I just wanted to keep things simple. Is there a substantial gain without going with aftermarket DP? My goal is something close to 400whp with 91 US...
  16. Not vs. but... who is coming from S2000 World?

I had two AP1s’ back in the early 2000’s when I was in SoCal. I was on s2ki.com and my user name was mark_is300 (had both Lexus IS300 and S2k at the same time, hence the IS2000 username now). I sold my second S2k back in 2003. I thought the driving positions of the A90 reminds me a lot of the...
  17. Opf/non opf cars?

There’s a way that you can identify if your car has opf by looking for one under the car (no lift required). For what I understand. Only the EU spec cars have OPFs. JDM, and Asia pacific cars come with EU muffler but without the OPFs.
  18. Trading M2 for Supra

I went from a 2018 M2 lci to my 2020 Supra mainly from a styling point. The performance for both cars are very similar in stock form. The M2 felt more raw and mechanical, while the Supra is a softer more comfortable cruiser. However I test drove both cars on race tracks and felt the Supra was...
