I'll also warn that my parking brake started disengaging when lifting off the clutch in neutral with this option coded in. It didn't disable auto stop either. I really need to revert it as this is a big safety concern for me.
I'll have to try and have my passenger grab a picture next time I'm ever at that speed again. Which is not very often, especially with a passenger ?
It would be strange for it to go from being consistently locked at 163 to suddenly not being limited on a slightly newer model. Either I’m mistaken...
Bringing up a dead thread cause I 100% hit 176 on the speedometer the other day. Which would come out to around 172 since my speedometer is about 5mph off. Maybe I was going downhill? I wasn't really paying attention to the grade lmao.
Either way I am very excited to see what this car does with...
If financed wait until you're close to paying it off, but otherwise go for it, I've seen countless Supras with 50-60k plus miles on them running even more power than that.
Sidenote: I also came from a Miata and after 6 months the Supra now feels slow to me haha, I assume it'll happen to you as...
Whenever you first select sport mode it'll give you the option to scroll down and customize the individual options. Engine, Suspension, etc... turning off "gear shift assistant" is what you would want to do to disable auto rev match.
All I can say is I wish I did this sooner. Completely fixed the weird clunky feel the gearbox had when trying to shift fast. I was experiencing small amounts of grind when doing WOT pulls during the 1-2 shift, and I haven't experienced it at all now after the CDV delete. I've had to re-learn how...

Mine has started making this same noise recently at 2488 miles. It doesn't do it for nearly as long though. I am now worried mine has the same issue. Will definitely take it to a dealer sometime this year to have them check.
I have a Kenji Catless DP with a Tomei Single Exit. I'm one of the loudest cars at every meet I go to. It's almost too loud if I am being honest. It sounds absolutely amazing though!
The fitment for the single exit is really easy to get dialed in. I actually need to move my big axle back hanger...
I really need to find time to do this. My partner is probably getting sick of me cursing the car out every time I shift to second without delaying and it lurches on me ?
