    Apart from the spring install issue, you have also reduced your tire diameter which would result in more gap between the tire and fender.

    The ticking noise is your injectors. The knocking is probably the rod bearings.

    Does it squeal when clutch pedal is pressed in or when the clutch pedal is released? Did you change the throw out bearing? Sounds like a TOB issue.
