5/16" option is for the fuel lines in engine bay. The 3/8" is used under the car with their upgraded LPFP kit. Both options come with 3/8" for the ethanol sensor while the other side is either 5/16" or 3/8".

I hate those, they are known to leak on fuel-it kits lol. I used a hose clamp and all good after.

These screw type ones is what I'm referring too, instead of using the one that you need the tool for.

If it is the hose/clamp leaking, remove the clamp and use some regular hose clamps. Don't over tighten them as the regular hose clamps can damage the hose. That would be a quick, inexpensive fix.
