As an Android user I just bought a thrashed old iPhone and put a cheap Sim in it so I can use Waze and Spotify on car play. It just sits in the charge tray and never leaves. Calls still go through my Android and you can pair both phones for different uses. It's a cheap(ish) solution that works well.

Yeah, the sound is horrific. I've had it occur in the Supra and nearly every BMW I have owned. You can try bending the shields a little but I find you just get bigger rocks in there.

I was looking at a better solution for the garage door too. Ended up getting dark coloured ebay remote and using double sided tape to mount it inside the hole/recess on the interior door, just below the handle. Being a black remote mounted in a hole made of black plastic it's completely...

So the cheapest one available is a 2019 with 45k kms and it's still $80k. Assuming it sells for that, it's approx. only 20% depreciation in 6-7 years. Not bad.

Holy crap. For how many km's have you been running it at that for? Have you modified the gearbox? any issues? so many questions...

Of those 40 only 9 are manual and 5 fall under the 'Dealer demo and near new' category. Will be interesting to see how this looks over time.

Back to April? Seems odd seeing as the track edition only just got announced for AU. Still, I'm glad I didn't wait. 47 MKV's on carsales right now. Will be interesting to see what that number looks like in a month if the above is true.
