As far as I'm aware, there no fuse specifically for the 4th brake light and power comes from the controller under the headliner.

It's because you have to tap into the third brake light power coming from the module under the headliner to sync with the third brake light. I wouldn't really market their solution as a PNP harness though. You can just buy the pin that I linked in my post above and add the wire yourself.
