    When you start the car, it does not immediately come on. When you turn the AC on the fan does come on.

    Feel some slight oil on the bottom of my FTP boost pipe but noticed the fan does not start immediately. Get a hot engine alert after stopping a lot but relate that to JB4 tune. should the fan start with the engine?
