GRRRR I thought I was sold on Turbulence Gray but this is making me question that. Hopefully I'll get a chance to see them both in person at some point.
1. Will you buy the 2020 Supra as soon as you can? Or will you wait for the 2021? (Or later)
I'll probably wait for the 2021 MY. Still enjoying my Golf R and I want to see if there are any show-stopper issues that can come with a 1st year car. However, if early reviews end up being glowing and...
Iām 99.9999% sure itās not. The ACC sensor should be the flat piece on the left grill (same spot as the tow hook cover, just on the other side). In the link I posted it designates part number 06 as having the ACC option.
So, according to RealOEM (Part number 7 on that page) that tiny little cutout in the right hand fake "vent" is a tow-hook cover, meaning it should be trivial to do a side-tow-hook mount and avoid the buck-tooth look. It also should avoid blocking any major air flow or interfering with the front...
Kinda curious what people think of these diagrams now that the (mostly) full reveal is out. At the very least it helped me locate all 12 of the speakers, which I couldnāt place from the walk around videos lol.
Did anyone notice anything new or interesting that these fill in gaps for? Or maybe...
I was hoping that would be the case. I generally despise fake vents but if they at least serve some purpose, even if itās not on the road version of the car, I can let it slide.
The real travesty is theyāve revealed it but I still canāt touch one, yet.
Sounds fun, I'll play along! :D
Pros:
Overall Looks: Love how this car looks. I owned a 2015 BRZ (may she rest in peace) and this is basically what I wanted it to be.
Trunk Space: I was honestly surprised how much space it looked like there was in the trunk. It'll be my DD (if I do get one) so...
No argument here . I love my Elise and thereās absolutely nothing like it, possibly ever again if Geely/Lotus end up canceling their plans to bring the Elise back in some form that is US compliant. But holy hell is it a handful to both drive and maintain. Thereās 100% a sacrifice to be...
I'm a bit torn on this. I could easily make the "it'll be my daily driver so auto is a better choice for traffic" argument, but I've daily driven manual for almost 6 years now and haven't personally had an issue. I love driving manual and most of my cars have been manual.
Initially, I was...
Hiya from Texas!
I've been following the SupraMKV news for a while and finally found this forum. I always get excited when new sports cars get (re)introduced to the world.
I currently drive a 2017 Golf R 6MT for my daily and a 2006 Lotus Elise for my weekender (when it wants to start...
