I gave it a shot. I didn’t know the vents were removable so I’m gonna experiment with spraying them a gloss black which I think will look better than the stock grey plastic look. In the mean time I think I dig these.. TBD.
Dropped the car off. It took them the better part of the day to do it. There’s a detailed installation video here that can kinda inform you on how much work is involved.
Hey no problem at all. Had to did up my stuff but yes I got bmw fitment with a vw style boot retainer. Be known the knob will sit up a bit higher than stock on the rod. Makes the shifts a bit vague I found. It’s significantly heavier than stock. I after a few months went back to a stock knob and...
Not OP but I just put 265 fronts on my 9.5 advans and they fit nice and square. 275 will work too but I’ve heard they have tram lining issues. Went with 285 rears to try and keep rubbing at a minimum since mine is a cruiser not a missile.
Hi sorry super late to the party. Any chance you could recommend what areas of the flaps you trimmed to help with the ribbing? I just finished adding all the same mentioned parts to my car and am experiencing the same rear end rubbing occasionally.
Sorry to dig up an old thread but does anyone know who offers a titanium blue flame/burnt exhaust tip that would work on an AWE system? I believe I’d need a 3” clamp on inlet to 5” outlet.
