Unlikely that it will be covered under warranty. My understanding is that dealerships have to submit warranty work to the manufacturer for approval so that they can get reimbursed.

Owners often take their cars back to stock and sell most of the mods separately because they won’t get anything close to what the mods are worth leaving them on the car. That said, odds are the paint is fine underneath with such low mileage.
The asymmetry of the air duct isn’t an issue for me, I actually kinda like it. But I’m intrigued to see how your tow hook solution will function(?) & what it'll look like.
The non CF duckbill does look nice, especially if the finish matches the OEM accents. If you’re still having trouble finding one with the shape/quality you prefer, I’d suggest maybe wrapping or PPF’ing a higher quality CF duckbill in satin black.
