I have a CG Precision DS-1 Catted Downpipe. Nothing was disabled. At first I thought maybe the Start-up roar option was causing it but when I took that off, it still didn't have the burbles. Cold Start noise reduction is unchecked and is off. I've also tried with aggression at all level types...
So I just recently got a my Supra MHD+ Tuned to e40 and been messing with the burble settings. I noticed when I start the car in Sport mode (Warmed up) it doesn't burble/pop anymore. Has this happened to anyone else? I've tried many different burble setups/settings and can't seem to get it to...
Well Damn. I think I'm out of luck. I don't recall seeing half screen at any point in time. My maps is always full screen. Guess I gotta cough up another 300$ for the equipment. ?
Oh man what have I gotten myself into lol. Had no clue it was a common thing/joke. Guess I gotta get to collecting them dongles lol. So when you say plug in my iphone, you actually mean with the usb cable right? I've only ever used the apple carplay through bluetooth. Guess I'll have to find out...
Oh wait what? I don't even need to buy the mission unlocker and could unlock for free with just the mhd dongle and app? and wait...isnt that thor obd dongle kinda the same thing as a obdlink cx. I have that and wonder if that'll work? What do you mean by check if it has full screen apple car...
I think I'm gonna shoot for MHD. So to update and confirm my process now that I don't need to find a shop.
>Purchase Mission Unlocker to be able to bench unlock from home
>Purchase MHD License
>Purchase MHD Dongle
>Purchase MHD OTS Maps (All from MHD Tuning website)
>Flash in maps
and thats all...
Yoooo. Thanks for all the useful information and recommendation. I had no clue you could bench unlock from home without stepping foot in a shop and without having to take out the ecu and sending it in. Currently I really don't plan on going passed 600whp but we all know how that goes...I say...
Thanks for the info! Never heard of mission unlocker and I just googled it. It says you can bench unlock at home without a shop and or sending the ecu in by using that? guess i'm pretty outdated
So I just got my 2020 Supra a little over a month ago and put a downpipe and intake in it. I'm looking to get it tuned and am interested in getting ots maps but am a bit confused on how it works. Here's my understanding
1. Take car in or send in ecu to be bench unlocked
2. Purchase either Bm3...
err I did not know there was a difference. I thought custom tunes were developed while using the dyno. Gotta see the power input and graph from the dyno to be able to fine tweak the tune over and over
Yeah see, now 600$ I can do. I would definitely go that route but no where to go here in Cali. I hope that isn't Cali pricing lol. For you, My 2 cents is, If its already good with an OTS Tune. I'd wait on the Custom tune unless you have big mods that will highly benefit from it or can find a...
Holy! Please tell me that isn't normal price for a custom tune...I Just bought my 2020 Soupy about a month ago and still need a tune. I expected more in the range of like 1k-1.6k. Might as well opt for ots maps if thats the normal going rate
