Brian, the HKS kit isn’t legal in S2. I asked Because I was going to do the same. The happy limit remains 275 on something narrower than an 11 up front. If it were legal I’d be running it and using much wider wheels.

Generally going to E30-E40 blend doesn't help temps over all. Even E85 doesn't really change much unless you're injecting it like meth in the charge pipe. Yes, it lowers the combustion chamber temp by a bit (not much though) and you'll see EGT's drop by 150ish degrees F if you're just running...
