I tried it and the system shuts down after 21 seconds. I continued to hold the volume button for 30 seconds but the system turns itself back on without pressing the volume button again. My navigation still indicates "Loading" and never loads. Anyone else have the same issue?

Wow, this is crazy. They should be able to get the correct unit based on the year and version. Are there differences between each year? I hope I don't have to go through the same issues. I'll keep you posted.

Well I finally brought it to another dealership with 2 Supra techs. After keeping it overnight, I was told they ordered a new head unit. Waiting for it to arrive so they can replace it.

I have not gone back after spending 2 days at the dealership. I'll wait for my next maintenance appointment. How many times have you gone? What did they say to you?

My screen seems to be working with the exception of the Nav. showing "loading".

Have you gone in for the recall? If so, which dealer did you use?

I brought my 2020 Supra for the software recall and when I got my car back the navigation system just indicates "Loading". I brought it again and they could not get it to load. Has anyone had this issue and what was done to get the navigation to load? Thanks,

They should of had a GR Supra leather pouch with this car as part of the LE.

Those that got the leather pouch, was that an option on the window sticker?

My manuals came loose in the glove box. Is there a pouch for the manuals?
