After the dealer installed my 2 new horns (see my previous posts near the beginning of this thread), I got parking sensor warnings as soon as I started the car. The problem was the sensors were not properly reconnected during the reinstallation of the front bumper cover. Installation of 2 new...
Being an Australian spec model, you must have right hand drive. I bet the holes are oriented to be for a passenger side of the left hand drive model. Weathertech should have considered this for the RHD versions of the mat. Iād go after a refund or some kind of adjustment from them. A work...
Iād never heard of a wireless car horn, so Googled it to check. It looks like there are a few available, BUT, they need a 12v power source, and operate by a separate fob type switch. Not sure where youād mount the unit within the engine compartment. Several of the comments in this long thread...
The factory velcro pads are actually attached to a hard plastic disc and removable by turning them (1/4 or 1/2 turn), and lifting out. Just align and insert the Weather Tech anchors in place of the factory velcro pad discs. There are no instructions enclosed with the mats for this. I was...
Looks like we have identical cars. I live in Vancouver, BC, so have the Canadian spec model. All Supras sold in Canada are the premium model, as the base and LE are not offered here. There are some minor differences in the Cdn premium package, such as missing wireless charger. We also donāt...
See my original post #1, along with pictures. The service techs looked at every option to avoid pulling the bumper / cover. You canāt reach the horn from underneath. Zoom the pictures Iāve attached to the first post to see the components that are in the way. Other owners thought that coming...
There is only 1 original single note horn installed on the driverās side. Since I replaced it with 2 standard Lexus horns (1 high and 1 low note), the service tech put one on each side. Just run a patch cable from the driver side horn to the passenger side horn. See my original post #1 for...
Sorry, I meant to say that the settings / connection are done on your phone. Try pairing your car through your phoneās BlueTooth settings. I have not seen any wifi settings on the car. Iām not familiar with a screen mirroring feature.
I had problems trying to connect CarPlay, as I was incorrectly trying to connect to the car through the wifi connection. I successfully connected through the BlueTooth connection. Just like pairing your phone to wireless headphones.
I went with the 7A version (looks like a newer version), and connected it in early November when I put the car away for the winter. Very easy to use, and is configurable to our battery type and trickle charge / maintenance mode. See CarGuy11 video for connection location and charger settings...
Canadian spec models, which are all Premium trim, exclude the wireless charger for some reason (which I confirmed through Toyota Customer Service). Instead, weāve got a shallow rectangular rubber tray insert, which is perfect for sunglasses or phone. Might be a good option if you decide to...
Try calling the Toyota Customer Service 1-800 number (for me, it was Toyota Canada). My nav system was not properly updated by the dealer at delivery, and the customer service rep was able to diagnose the problem (after checking with their tech guys) and tell me exactly what the dealer needed...
I almost missed the small plastic bag containing the WeatherTech hooks. It was stuck in the bottom of the floormat shipping box. WeatherTech customer service should be able to ship out replacement Supra specific hooks to you fast.
My original mats also used velcro. The back of each original floormat has 2 round velcro āloopā areas, and the car floorboard has a corresponding round plastic velcro āhookā attachment. The āhookā attachment is removable by a quarter turn using a coin / slotted screwdriver. This is hard to see...
Hi....I followed your recommendation and bought this charger, as I have the car in winter storage and will not be driving it until spring. As I had the car stored for 2 months in my garage before buying the charger, it took a day or so to fully recharge. Once the charger reached āFULā, I...
I ordered the Supra version of the WeatherTech mats, simply peeled off their logo sticker, and attached Supra logo stickers, as suggested earlier in this thread. I ordered the custom logo stickers from Stickers International, using their design tool on their website. The cost is very...
The Lexus Dash Cam is installed through the dealer, as a dealer installed accessory, and is not a factory option. The following are Lexus Canada part numbers, so may be different in the US. They are: PK6A3-33HL0 Dash Camera, and PK6A4-33HW6 Wire Harness. These are carried in stock by my...
After much discussion with Toyota customer service, my Toyota dealer, and a large local BMW dealer, I found that there is no Dash Cam accessory suited specifically for the new Supra, or BMW Z4. BMW uses a standard model for all of their cars, and their techs use internally accessed installation...
