I talked to a couple guys here and they are suggesting either break up the concrete and change the angle with new concrete or fill black top on top of existing to make it less of an inclide

Yes completely sideways, wheel cut all the way. Cleared the bumper/lip, almost scraped the side rocker. Side note....this is the first time I drove her at 40 degrees F, traction is non-existant! Wife destroyed me from a stop, she was driving my Audi ??
