Getting closer with E40, but how did you get any traction? let alone 3rd gear, 2nd gear!? I'm spinning in 3rd gear at 4000 rpm (50mph) so bad, 2nd gear is useless. What tires do you have?

I keep it simple, for 6 Gal, you need 2.8 gals of E10 and 3.2 of E85. Assuming your pump actually provides E85, and always loading 6 gas at a time. However, the E85 content is not consistent and since I have the flex fuel sensor working with the tune, I just try to aim between 39 and 45% of E.

If BM3 is reading your flex fuel sensor, then just move the cruise control dial to down for 2 secs and the tach will show the content in units of 10s, like 2000 rpm is 20%.
