  1. Toyota Supra Interior Looking More Production in Latest Sighting

The one in the spy pic is BMW's automatic transmission shift knob though. This is the DCT shift knob.
  2. New rumors from C&D: 2020 Supra to get BMW inline six engine / B58 & S58 chat

BMW interior, BMW engine, BMW co developed chassis. Engineered and tested in Germany. Being built by Magna Steyr... seems unbelievable for such an important vehicle to Toyota. My question is exactly what is Toyota doing? design only?
  3. BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage Concept

Seriously. Compare the FT-1 Concept to this M4 Concept, 100% of people polled would pick the FT-1.
  4. Production-Spec Acura NSX to Debut at the Detroit Motor Show in January

LOL @ Honda. What are they doing over there that takes so many years to finally produce a car. This thing is going to be old before it even has a chance to be new.
  5. BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage Concept

So not even built on the fancier more advanced CLAR platform. So basically it's just a styling exercise :( I disappointed.
  6. New Supra and Z4 will share platforms

Here's a directly on point article about fixing carbon fiber body. http://www.cnet.com/news/crash-your-carbon-fiber-i3-ev-heres-how-bmw-will-fix-it/ So it sounds like it won't cost any more than a traditional repair.
  7. Performances Predictions for fun

Good point. What's important for me is generally the 30-80 mph acceleration since those are what's going to be used the most in everyday situations and on the highway. But a high top speed never hurts for some bragging rights ;)
  8. Graphite Toyota FT-1 Second Concept Coming to Pebble Beach (Updated to Include Various Auto Shows)

That's the only one I can remember them bringing it to. But the graphite concept debuted at Pebble Beach Concourse. That's kinda an enthusiast event.
  9. New Supra and Z4 will share platforms

Sad news IMO. Why not just stick a BMW badge up front too. Could Toyota add or improve anything on a BMW engine to make it more "Toyota"?
  10. Will FT-1 concept follow the FT-86 timeline?

Would mean nothing in 2015 for the Supra (no concepts and no test mules) :(
  11. Will FT-1 concept follow the FT-86 timeline?

Hope that doesn't mean no more concepts for the Supra cuz we have a looong way to go until the production car comes out.
  12. Wish List for the new Supra / Must Have Futures and Options!

Yea that is all part of the "fun" factor that Toyota has to make sure they nail down. Power is often used as a cheap copout these days to really ripping into a platform and taking out excess weight. Make it lighter than the MKIV Supra with as much power as the C7 and that thing will scream while...
  13. Will FT-1 concept follow the FT-86 timeline?

Definitely very similar timelines between the two concepts. Is there supposed to be a concept of the production LF-LC coming too beefore they actually reveal the production model? That might would tell us if we should expect another FT-1 or Supra concept. Would suck to see no more updated...
  14. News: BMW FT1 Supra Project Moves Into Concept Stage

Make sense. Sports cars are a hard business decision to approve for most manufacturers (except if you're talking Porsche) because they don't sell in huge numbers, are expensive to produce, and lose their popularity (i.e. sales) quickly after the first few years. So Toyota going out and finding...
