I just had my first oil change in my Supra. It was free, but the dealer I go to had $220 as the charge on the receipt. I'll definitely do my own when the freebies are over! This car looks to be quite easy to change the oil.
I am interested in the new Land Cruiser, but I am leaning more towards the Lexus version which still has a V6 with a higher tow rating. I like both of them and it will, more than likely, replace my IS300 next year.
It's better in the Fall TBH, less motor cycles and not as hot and humid with less chance of rain.
I go a few times per year since it's only about 4.5 hours away.
They are re-paving it in the summer as well, but the dates won't be known until March at least.
I am thinking that they just do not want to mess with an alignment on your car. It should not cost more than $200 TBH.
They DO need the special BMW tool (whatever that is) that they have to "sign out" from Toyota, which makes scheduling your alignment a real PIA, especially since most Toyota...
Yes the shipping spacers were removed, funny I reminded the sales guy about this step and the tech (who I actually know from the Subaru Club) left them on his desk for me to mess with me. Lol.
When I bought my 2023 Premium MT on 8/31/23 Toyota's rates were high! Finance guy told me that most people were being turned away by Toyota Financial and they were no longer matching or beating rates. I was able to get Bank of America to beat my credit union, 6.9% still terrible!
I think if the 2.0 was manual it would have been a keeper. Car was quick enough, not as fast as 3.0. Not sure how much tuning that B48 can handle however. Overall, they are quite different.
I like it so far compared to my 2.0. I cannot yet decide whether or not the clutch delay bothers me or not. Sometimes I notice it, sometimes I don't. Had I never read about prior to getting the car, I doubt I would have notice. II'll hit 1200 miles tomorrow so I'll need to wind her out past 4500...
I got jumped by two C6's on the highway the other day. Kept up no problem. They are 200 lbs lighter with a BIT more HP. With a JB4 I bet the Supra is faster. Not to mention their interiors look like Chevy Cavalier quality!
