Well used and wrapped in CF wrap, protecting my front for awhile. Chipped on 2 places but I think it still have some life. If anyone want to take it and play around with it, it yours. Just pick it up, Bergen County, NJ. If you could, I'd appreciate 6 pack of beer but not required. ;)

Never used helicoil so I cannot say how much torque it can handle but I assume it is not nearly as much as OEM. Also, hub will be heated and cooled as you drive. I wouldn't trust it either.
my stud conversion kit failed recently... this one one took 1 year before it gave.. - the other took...
This is typical characteristic of v730. On my race car, even with -4.0 camber, there were no groove left outside after a day of driving. there were plenty of groove inside so it was a mystery. However, after looking at every car that uses v730, it yielded same pattern. smooth outside, no...
The racing harness works with proper racing seat. if you have proper racing seat, reach to brake pedal with left foot should not be an issue because seat would be a bit narrower than stock. currently, I gave up on left foot braking /w supra on track because I don't plan on installing 6pt...
One of necessary Mod in order to use left foot braking is 6pt harness & a race seat. Unlike sim racing, you will be shifted around /w stock seat and 3pt seatbelt and you may lose grip on your left foot to brake pedal or even worse, you may step on brake unintentionally. On street driving, it...
That's an interesting technic in case spare sensor is not available. This is a set of brake pads from another car during trackday. because front side had some pad left, driver thought it was OK but on rear side had absolutely no pad material at all. brake wear sensor would've picked it up if...
From Viewer's perspective, Monaco might be just a parade lap. I am fairly sure that most of F1 drivers and Team wants to win Monaco at least once in their career and be part of history. Without the race, they won't win.
I, too, was die hard manual guy with a motto that "If car is not stick shift, it's not a car" All my daily, track, and company car was manual. Those includes Acura Legend 6spd, bmw 535i 6 spd, Acura TL 6spd & ETC. Although supra is not my 1st automatic, once I learned to shift with pedal...
I had a chance to drive one of student's manual supra recently. It was fun and felt good but compare to my auto/pedal, I felt that I'm too busy shifting than driving. Although there aren't any compelling reason for me to switch to manual, any transmission you get, it would be a good platform.
