shortening the end links is not the correct way to do this. Your sway bar is smacking the bottom of the toe arm now
The only fix is to cut off/shorten the sway bar ends. The end links need to be extended down, so that the sway bar ends are close to parallel to level ground

As I am going back and re-reading this build i realized your front ride height on the jrz looked higher than the rear. Then you updated it and mentioned you raised the back up because it was rubbing.
Where was it rubbing exactly?
I am convinced this is 99% bushing deflection and possibly some tire deflection you guys are feeling. Tightening everything up with full spl should virtually eliminate the unwanted movement
