I forgot to mention that the driver side front and rear tires are 4000 miles older than the passenger front and rear tires. Would this be enough difference in tread to cause problems?

Thanks for the response, I do have wheel spacers on my car, I’ll take your advise and remove each wheel and inspect them myself. Hopefully I can find the source of the issue.
