Could be the lighting as this picture was taken straight after a wash. It’s definitely not as glossy as my previous GTI with gloss black wheels, but you are right, it’s more ‘glossy’ than matte. The gloss black sample they had was much more ‘shiny’

I’m based in South Africa however I will find out from the supplier and let you know. I toyed with the idea of bronze/gold etc, but once they placed the satin black sample next to the car, I decided to stick to the traditional over played color.
