not sure who lol….. (been talking to a guy name Marshall he seems pretty good) not sure if do to MHD or ecutek (I know I need to get it bench unlocked)
not gonna do any more mods for now
I know about th warranty that’s why I don’t want to do any more mods and untune if needed :)
Looking at gaining about 50-75 extra hp for my Supra with tuning…. My car is completely stock and I’m planning on keeping it stock for a while. All I am looking for is tuning so I can tune and untune it as needed :)….. is it possible? And which company should I use? Ecutek or MHD?
I saw tons of posts about the recall….. in summy I have a 2021 3.0 supra that’s tunable… I have not tuned it yet but planning on it with MHD in a few months… should I take my car to the update and recall or not? You can just answer yes or no….. thanks.
The guy wanted me to give him a ride after we dynoed because he never rode in one… he was completely surprised and said how is this thing so fast lol.
I was thinking it’s low as well…. First run was 330hp second 340hp third 343hp… the guy said it’s about right because on average you lose about 17% hp from the crank to wheel…. So it would be around 400 to the crank.
Thank you for the info, I truly thought I could buy the MHD license online with the adapter to tune it. Didn’t realize the ECU had to be shipped first.
Again, definitely new to tuning :). I am a bit confuse tho, so if I get ecutek or MHD if can’t just ”plug and play?” The ecu has to be shipped out first?
I am new to tuning and thinking about getting it done. I have a 2021 but ecu from 3/20. This will be my first tune ever…. Will this recall lock my ecu? Also not quite sure what’s bench unlocking means?
