These re just the hydro-dipped ones that stick on to the oem silver inserts. Real CF was just not worth the price.

there are tabs on the bottom if you pull them up and out they should come out. They are in there super tight so be careful. Here is a pic of my seats in the process you can see the longer cutout area in the foam where the tabs go.
