To update this thread with my latest results. Passed MA inspection today, BM3 Stage 2 tune, CSG DS-1 downpipe. Catalyst readiness monitor on and passed.

Does BM3 use your saved stock tune? I don't remember backing mine up and I always just used the Stock tune under the 'My Maps' tab.

I passed inspection last year on BM3 stage 1 tune.

I picked up a CG DS-1 from XPH to replace my catless downpipe. The CEL turned off within a week of driving and hasn't come back. Much less drone when cruising in the higher gears too.

The install was easy once all the intake pieces are taken off. It reuses the factory wire clip on the bottom and 2 new screws by the throttle body. The hardest part really was wiggling the factory charge pipe out since it's one piece and has a giant unused clip hanging off of it.

Finally received, and installed my Injen intake and charge pipe combo. I'm mildly perturbed that the 'Injen' logo on the charge pipe isn't moved a bit to be completely visible.
