The trailer is next and the final will resemble this although will be all powder coated to match the rest. Added a personal touch to my Welds too as I hate chrome and raw aluminum look.
Here is what was welded on, just a normal hitch and ball once the Titan piece was cut off.
We did strengthen plates on the back, as well as added another round bar inside and welded it for more strength. You can see it on the end.
I can send you the rough pics of the process. Anyone who can weld can do it. I got the trailer plug from Amazon, parachute mount from Titan, and the rest was just labour and powder coating.
This winter I have done my hitch, new 3rd brake light, the Velossa ram air, catless downpipe, exhaust, midway through transmission swap, got my drag pack and had them powder coated and this is what I chose to share š¤£
I love the small details. The before and after.
The blue goes with everything...
Ummm, nah man Iām good. Iām also above the Arctic circle so that is even worse. It has however made me learn everything and do my own work since nobody does any aftermarket on them. Just thank god for remote tuning.
Take all of your problems and then add in being in Canada. That adds tons of time, parts instantly are about 40% higher because our dollar sucks, then add huge shipping costs, then customs, duties and our taxes.
Just putting things in perspective for you guys, lol.
