Unless you need something repaired under warranty, avoid the dealers. If not doing it yourself find a performance shop that has a solid rep.

I am not a big fan of the whistle sound from a bov. If anything I'd prefer a swoosh/flutter sound. I actually drive around and make noises like this guy!
