Find a body shop and get a quote for the work. It will probably be cheaper than a new bumper. Either way, you’re going to have to worry about how well they paint match it.

What did you use to clean the wheels? If the brake dust is embedded into the paint, you have multiple options.

If you were to do it all over again, would you have chosen a different offset for the rears? How bad was the rubbing before adding camber arms?
