Yeah but the 76 is physically a larger gearbox and will hold more power then the 51 stock v stock or stg3 vs stg3. A lot of people are going down this route now including Kies motorsport with that 340i build. They replaced the TCU but that really doesnt make sense to do. They didnt go down xHP.

Fully installed, the most difficult part was removing the stock intake manifold. I followed the Kies motorsport csf intake manifold install video. Intake temps are cooler and sit around 10-15 deg C above ambient vs when i had the stock manifold with similiar temps between 20- 25 deg C above...

I reused my bolts when i did the s58 injectors....all okay and im running 30psi on an omega65 turbo.

Were the spark plugs oil fowled when you were removing them? Have u tried replacing the DI injectors on cyl 1 or 2?

Yeah i agree the Nyloc is probably not the best nuts to use haha but suprinsingly i havent had any issues. I check them often. Iv done about 2000miles in Australia so probs a bit early to tell. I could do that or get some stover nuts or some spring washers. All great ideas.
