Yes! We could not get it to fit correctly no matter what we did. Eventually got to "good enough" by using washers under the passenger side muffler mount to bring it close to even with the drivers side

Sprays will never work better than coatings that are spread on and buffed off. The ones from the spray bottle are considered temporary and i have never found them to work for a max of 2ish weeks. I do live in a harsh climate so YMMV
