Yeah idk how people don`t see the progression. Everything has taken a step up in power.
And yes the current Supra is out of production. Its no longer something Toyota needs to market.
Worth is subjective. I personally don`t feel spending 50k on a now 5/6 year old Supra that is completely out of warranty and unknown driving record worth it. But some might say you are still getting a great car for the money and its likely to hold value.
I personally plan to do once a year as i would never hit 10k miles in a year. However I honestly don`t see a problem with doing 10k mile oil changes either. It all comes down to how long you plan to keep the car.
I think it has more to do with individual taste than lack of funds or being envious. You just have find the person who values the mods as is. A deal on mods means nothing to someone who doesn`t care to have it in the first place.
But good luck with sale op! Looks like a awesome car.
No I believe that`s only for the final edition which I don`t have.
Are you sure it has everything needed for a install? I would be doing it with a friend of a friend who has a lift. I don`t know what kind of extra tools he has or parts if needed. haha.
You know the reason why there isn`t alternatives is likely due to lack of market demand in that segment. The reason why cars like BMW M3 do so well is because a lot of people use them as daily drivers.
Then you have cars like the Toyota 86 which are a lot cheaper and probably hit younger...
Currently have a BMW M4, Supra and a Honda Ridgeline. But my dad is taking the M4 soon as I decided to swap it out for the Supra. Honestly really enjoy having a comfortable truck/SUV and a sports car. My dream setup would probably be something like this but with more exotic weekend car.
Your car looks fantastic, sounds awesome and handles great. You really need that extra power from a tune? I personally would drive it as is for a few years.
Just got it today. Had to leave it with the dealership for a few days because it needed a new battery at delivery on Saturday
Had to take it home in a storm today.
I sold my first supra years ago and haven`t been here in a while. I gave up on the supra because they were difficult to find what I wanted. Been totally out of the market on these but I saw something at a somewhat local dealership about 30-40 minutes. They had one advertised 5k off. I thought...
I only buy new cars so used isn`t even a choice. The only car I would buy used is if I was buying from a friend or family member.
Today`s market makes specially with the supra makes them less appealing. People here spending close to MSRP for a used supra really shock me.
I sold my 2.0L more than I paid back when the market was hotter. My problem with the 2.0L was sound. The 3.0L with the right exhaust sounds amazing and that's half the fun for me. I knew I eventually wanted a 3.0L so I sold it.
