Does anyone have a rear brace that they’re willing to part with? The metal one you have to remove to install a new exhaust. People enjoy leaving large chunks of concrete in the road so mine is bent upward. I like to keep it on for situations just like this. I’d rather lose that than my exhaust...
what do you mean? If you do port injection, Motiv, and a secondary LPFP, you’re good. You’ll have way more power on full e85. I did it for a year or so before I upgraded the turbo. I’d make sure you get an ethanol sensor too and obviously a tune.
make sure to change your oil way more...
I mean realistically you will be just fine with the base brakes. They grab well and the rears aren’t doing the majority of the breaking anyways. Unless it’s a dedicated track car and you’re gonna be burning through pads, it’s probably not worth the swap. Also factor in how long you plan to keep...
So the calipers are smaller which is the issue. There’s only a few companies that specify for the base model. I got csg pads because they specify and have a good selection of track pads.
I did a lot of research on this. It was a pain.
That basic kit at Home Depot that was mentioned is always on sale and I’ve bought a few just to restock my missing sockets that the shop gremlin steals. For random odds and ends harbor freight is just fine. Get your floor jack there. The Daytona one. Best bang for your buck and it fits under a...
I bought a base Supra and have never been happier. Granted I did this because it was on the lot and I could get it that day. But I like the Alcantera seats. Don’t need car play. I hate any driving assistance. The lane assistance will try and kill you as it is in the base. Basic bmw leather isn’t...
I’ve had him do 2 tune cycles with me. One before turbo upgrade and one after. He can be difficult to get ahold of sometimes but he’s always come through. He goes through cycles of responding. He’s also in the opposite time zone as I am, so usually I’m messaging him in the middle of his night...
Have some parts I took off the car. They got replaced with the parts from my turbo kit. All in good condition when removed. Located in NW Washington state. Willing to ship at buyers expense.

I’m not even going to bother with the dealer. I would rather pay for the part and do it myself. I have a very deep seated distrust for dealerships, especially a Toyota dealer working on a BMW lol I appreciate the info. I was avoiding buying new. Appreciate the info though!
Wondering if anyone has a windshield wiper motor that they’re willing to part with. My windshield wipers stopped working and I believe the motor died. Let me know if you have one and I’ll buy it.
it’s not slipping no. Just harder shifts.
I got the titan LPFP so that I don’t have that issue on corners. I’ve got a surge tank. Then I don’t have problems when I go to the track
I’m not sure I would assume with it being Racerom Compatible now that it would. I just have it as a sensor for now because I havent gotten Racerom yet.
I’m running BM3 with Motiv and visconti flex fuel kit. Ethanol sensor works and I’m running full e85 no issues. You just have to have your tuner send you a tune file and a bin file for the Motiv.
