Just following up on the above messages, ours is getting worse and had a few dangerous incidents. It's now happening at least a few times a week now, but no changes been made to the car. Still no recognition or fix from Toyota? Did the gearbox remap eliminate the issue completely?

ALWAYS! I've had 28 cars in my life and only ever bent over once and traded in. Always sell privately. Higher value cars do take longer, but will sell once priced right. I'd say at least 10% if not 20% more than trade-in values. You have to remember the extra money in your pocket is tax free...

Does it stop the trunk\boot from closing after you've popped it and then close the drivers door? That's my main annoyance.
