Are the NGK 96206 LASER IRIDIUMS okay for my 500whp+ Supra? What do the 5 numbers on the spark plug mean? Also, what should I gap my spark plug to? I know 0.030 is stock but I am far from stock so should I run a 0.022 gap for the plugs?

I have a 2020 3.0 Supra and I am wanting to do a differential fluid change. First off, is the differential in this car a limited slip differential? Second, what’s the best differential fluid based on the type of differential it is?

I have a weird sound coming from the left of the driver side and I’m not 100 percent sure what it is. I believe it’s a wheel bearing but I’m not sure. Here is a video of what I am talking about. Pls help :(
