I think using a dyno is great for getting a baseline tune dialed in. Street tuning is the (somewhat) cheaper and better way to tune in my opinion.
Now days, a lot of tuners will simply ask you to safely do pulls on the highway and send logs.
I was able to get the exhaust flap to remain open at all times. Startup, normal, and sport mode all have the flap open now. It sounds nuts even with a stock DP.
It took me a few tries to get it working this way. I used the BC button on the stalk and not the canflap on the JB4.

Have you checked that the white wire pin is pulled all the way into the correct pin position (#4) of the 25 pin harness.
Check the wiring harness on the ethanol content sensor. Make sure it's fully clicked in.

Massachusetts State emissions tests require monitors to be set to ready. The inspector will check this via OBDII.
I'm just wondering if the Armytrix DP keeps these monitors lit in a ready state as well as suppressing the CEL?
If so, great! Nothing to worry about!

For me, this happens when I let the car idle or warm up well past the cold start. It's really scary sometimes because I live off of a busy street and need to zoom out of my driveway with oncoming traffic.
