Sure. Everybody is entitled to make their own financial decisions. But for $101,000, I think there are much better vehicles out there if long term investment was the end goal.

i just find it ironic that toyota advertised this car as a tuner platform but barring 2020s (and some select 2021s), you have to go through a lot of hoops and hurdles to be able to fully tune the car (excluding jb4 and other piggbacks).

Not a fan of mustangs but the s650 mustang, especially the dark horse, will likely blow the doors off a stock Supra in almost every performance metric (on paper). But I'm a sucker for the Supra so would still take the Supra haha

As an owner of a 2020 M2C, I can second the rattling. At the end of the day, it's the lowest on the totem pole of all ///M cars and the quality of interior will reflect that. This is subjective, but one con of the supra is it will never sound as good as the gt350. And this is coming from a guy who isn't into muscle cars and would take the supra over the mustang anyday.

No allocation for me yet, but pretty hyped about this car regardless. Haven't felt excited about any current product offerings from any manufacturer until Toyota announced the Supra was coming with a manual transmission. Congrats on everybody who already secured one.

I'm just hopelessly waiting for toyota to announce a GRMN supra with s58 w/ manual. I wouldn't even mind if it was just the 473 hp state of tune like the base G80/82 m3/m4s haha.
