305/30 in rear without spacer but a 305/35 will rub without at least a 5MM spacer.

No the primary issue is inside clearance, 2MM won’t make the difference outside clearance wise.

I’d personally recommend the 13. I’m running 13 front and 15 rear and the larger sized rear looks great. At the end of the day it’s only a couple MM so either choice is great.
