That 02 Collar Screw is what you want to remove for it to roll freely.
Hope it helps you avoid that fee and that huge headache you must be going though.
Remove any of your rear wheel center caps, you’ll find a screw (if I remember right, a big Hex screw head). That screw is what keep the axle attached. Remove that screw and your diff will become disengaged so the car will roll freely.
You gotta put something in the wheel to stop it from rolling...
Did it keep showing neutral on your dashboard until it went back to park after the 15 min expiry?
Mine will go into neutral but will show Park after a good 10 seconds, although my infotainment screen shows that the car is in an emergency neutral state.
