i made the dealership that imported my car tried to code out the safety system few months ago before cuz i was annoyed that i had to turn off. maybe they didn't eject/aboard properly.

has this ever happen to anyone? It did once in a while without my knowledge now today it keeps going off multiple times already. Whats the possible issue?

I did pretty much a fair measure of soft break-in. Only went over 4k RPM once in a while for the first 1600km and never touch sport mode for the first 600km. I read somewhere that some might suspect soft breaking-in might cause this problem..? Weird

I did topped up 5w-30 Liqui Moly on the first warning at around 5000km and it didnt seem to solve the problem too btw. Sorry for didnt pointing that out
