solenoid

Hey guys, My car has 56,000 miles on it and on stage 2 right now (BM3). Recently I got this code on track and it did cut my power right after it showed up, I cannot feel the turbo with this code on. I am using 0w20 and some people say I need to get the exhaust solenoid or the actuator checked...
