I got the car last month and I have been trying to connect it to app ( in iphone) from last month and it keep showing error " we couldn't locate your vehicle... contact customer service..."
i am wondering if it's common or do base model dont have it or what should I do to fix this

Toyota Japan updated their website in the end of April/beginning of May and put the owner's manual and the navigation manual online. Additionally the Supra Connect user Manual is also available on the Japanese Website.
Now (May 2019), Toyota Europe put them up, too.
