Any permanent jackstand adapters?

Are there any set ‘em and forgetum jackstand adapters available? Ones you place and lock into the plastic slots? I don’t trust the dealers to use them, and was hoping there are some you can insert into the slots and drive off with them in place.

These aren’t made for jackstands but they’ve been stuck onto my car since I’ve first put them on over a year ago. I could probably get them out with a hammer and chisel.

One day I was lifting my car using these adapters, after I dropped the car I attempted to take them out the lift points and they never came out. It’s been a year since they got stuck.

Nah I took the tags out, you can’t even notice they’re on now.
