Catless downpipe with Fabspeed mini cat

I'm looking into getting a catless down pipe and adding the fabspeed mini cat. Has anyone done this with success? No cel?

Doesn't work, I wasted $120+ on it. Consensus is that nobody has solved the problem with the mini cat O2 extender.
