Front sway bar time improvements?

I know installing just a front sway bar will help with cornering confidence and reduce body roll, but I’m wondering if anyone has compared before and after times on a track. I mostly autocross and want to see if it’d be worth getting

Do both and go to Laguna Seca. That’s on my bucket list… someday ? (the track that is, not both sway bars - I have those lol). And yes they are worth it.
