OEM Wheel Finish

Apologies if this has been covered already many times - I tried to search the forum but didn't find a definitive answer. Does anyone know the exact finish of the OEM wheels (polished, chromed etc)?? Took a chunk out of mine 4 days into ownership and want to see if theres any chance at all of getting the original finish back.

They are not chromed, look to be either polished and cleared or high reflective paint finish. Had my wheels powder coated and they didn't have to do any more than the normal glass bead to remove the stock paint. Powder coating chromed wheels is a right pain in the ass, as you have to remove all of the chrome and it is tough.

They're simply just polished and lacquered as you said! Easy job for the shop.
