for context, i live in hawaii so certain companies do not ship here (adro for example) so late last year, i ordered some adro parts through a90shop with no issue. they took care of finding a shipping method that would ship straight to me.
last month, i ordered the adro rear diffuser from a90shop and assumed they’d do the same thing as before, i was wrong. they told me the shipping company they previously used was not working out and delivered packages broken, so i was told to find my own forwarders. i didn’t know much about forwarders so they recommended MyUS, which i eventually used.
last week friday, my package arrived to their warehouse and was ready to ship, “allegedly” but wouldn’t allow me to continue to ship, i waited until tuesday of this week to try again, still wouldn’t allow me, so i contacted them three times over the next few days to find an answer until i was told my package was too large to ship. a little irritated that they took delivery of a package that they can’t ship but i guess that’s on me for not doing research beforehand. i untimely decided to have it returned to sender, but when i asked a90shop about a RTS label, they said adro would not provide one and i would need to find my own, ive tried a couple different websites already and they all said my package is too large to create any sort of label, so how can i get my shipment from MyUS warehouse in FL back to California’s ADRO’s warehouse, or shipped straight to me in hawaii?
