Wheel Specs and Lowering Springs

Hey y’all I’m thinking of getting the Enkei Hypergrams 18x10 but im not sure what specs to get other than the rim size. I also want to get lowering springs and I’m not sure which ones to get that are not too aggressive of a drop. Any pointers?
