I was going to say a terrible PR rollout and disappointed customer base but there is plenty of time for that as this is just a concept.

Edit: Its also missing a ragtag team of lame superheroes with complex and un-relatable back stories pouring out to fight an ambiguous villain like climate change.

I'm thinking the design team was under the assumption that they were working on something to be shown in 3-4 years, but the executives demanded they deliver something for this show.
