I waited too long myself. My post is also 15% and 50% on the windshield in case your concerned about night driving.
Mine is also 15/50.
doing that with a quality film in az is a must. Huge difference.

Agreed, but I think high quality installer is even more important for the windshield especially. You shouldn’t be able to tell it’s tinted if it’s done properly.

Right. A clean install is super important. I don’t even notice 50%. 30% might be a touch too dark for my preference for the front windshield.
That’s actually darker than front door legal for AZ. Lol

It actually doesn't look bad from the inside in terms of being too dark. It looks really dark from the outside (windshield).

I was pretty sure that windshield tint is only legally allowed about the as-1 line on the windshield in any state.

30 is actually still legal for me.

I made
My original post in the this thread was during the day.

As far as nights with 50% i honestly don’t have any nighttime impairment on the front, The 15% sides and rear are your typical dark but you can see well enough.

I have 5% on the A90 sides and it’s honestly too dark at night in unlit areas.
the mistake with 5% as well, too dark. 15/30 is my sweet spot

Lol. Nah, just cause someone mentioned the tint laws that we are all clearly following.

50% is legal on sides here and 70% on windshield. I run 15% sides and 50% on that one and 5% sides and 15% rear and front banner on the A90. Don’t have any issues but you should ask your eye Dr. for a medical exclusion note for glare and migraines just in case you’re pulled over and get hassled they won’t site you with a medical exclusion note.

I used to work at a tint and ppf shop. It’s not a huge deal for me to have it removed and replaced. The owner still hooks me up.
