^ well, it has always been the Toyota flagship for emerging technology so I would bet that is true.

If they don't make the round ones as an homage, then I hope Tom's does. Had those for my BRZ.

Hard to tell with all the camo still on, but I think I like the round taillights style best...
I don't know, I think it would look a little odd because of the shape of the taillight itself.

Oh cool with that closeup, the shape is nice and you can see the round lights that I personally like as it references the MK4...kinda the best of both...

Damn, almost close enough to get a half decent interior shot.
Still looking forward to see what they're doing there.
I can only hope that its not going to be too much like BMW ...

Well, at the least here, I can see that its got a lane departure system, or blind spot detection (light on the mirror).

@A70TTR
Obviously we're aware you cant give away much or anything at all lol.
But whats your opinion on the interior side of things ?
Does it in anyway reminisce the cockpit style like the original ?

I am still crossing fingers for a big central tacho...

I know a lot of people are assuming a BMW parts bin special, but I assumed the comments related to that refered more to materials and manufacture, with the odd switch or indicator stalk being borrowed from BMW... fingers crossed again?

Yeah, here's hoping it wont just be a BMW parts bin special.
Not that i really have anything against BMW interiors. The quality is great, no question.
But the design element in BMW interiors have always left something to be desired and been a little bland, for lack of better words. Very plain.
Even the 86 interior is pretty bang on and looks great.

I think it would be silly not to have a central tacho lol

I saw a good video of a camp interior but cant remmember which website, you could clearly see the toyotoa logo in the steering wheel...
Yeah, I think I remember the video your talking about. It was good quality, but the damn reflection on the glass made it near impossible to tell lol.

Also yeah, i've seen those shots too. They do look very much BMW.
I only figured that wasn't it because it was still quite early in development phase and they were probably just using BMW parts until Toyota had finished their final interior design.
